The steps entries are always a day behind and you can enter your steps at any point after midnight. If you forget to add your steps don't worry, as long as they are added in before noon on Saturday they will be added to the weekly leader board.
Your aim is to get 10,000 steps a day, but don't panic if you don't make it, there is always tomorrow to do extra. You will get emails when you reach a landmark and a weekly email to let you know how many steps you have done that week.
The leader board will be published once a week on Monday.
